from thecouriermail.com, about the promotion of novel of Harry Potter
.
Book store chains are highly competitive, and usually sell sought-after titles such as Harry Potter below the recommended retail price. Dymocks CEO Don Grover said yesterday the tactic was competitive but was also designed to make it easier for customers to exchange a voucher for the book on July 16.

"There is a high demand for Harry Potter six and people will want to get their hands on it," Mr Grover said. "We thought it was important if customers were going to pre-order the book they should know how much they were going to pay."

why to the people would like to pay more for the chains which is only a usual chains but smbolic the Harry Potter. Do the consumer know that who will get the benefit at the last ?
atuclly the capital of the book and the chain are not high but the price to sell the novel is too high. Eventhough the people know this , but they still pay for it

In fact the demand of market decided the price of products
but they still paid for the it
